Somalia: 3 Died, Several Affected After Cholera Hits A Military Base

Mogadishu, Somalia (Xogfidis Online ) – At least three Somalia soldier died while other suffer after hit their military base by Cholera in Lower Shabelle region, Somalia and officials has confirmed the death of these soldiers.

The military camp is located town of Balli-dogle, Airfield which approximately70 miles directly northwest the capital city of Mogadishu.

These soldiers, who suffer 50, are treating a hospital, as officials said they were confining the situation.

Added: “the outbreak of the disease is likely resulted by lack of clean water and the hot weather in the area that made soldiers vulnerable to the outbreak.”

Recently, Somali’s Ministry of Health and United Nations released a report that they identified the water-borne disease affected 42,721 with 715 related deaths across the country.
